per chi fosse interessato ho chiesto a siemens la ricompilazione del software s4 pro per essere utilizzato in ambienti fastweb con
connettività bri proveniente da cisco 2800 .
In questi ambienti spesso i telefoni collegati a basi bs3 e bs4 che prendevano il clock da apparato cisco 2800 si disconnettevano ad intermittenza rendendo problematica la ricezione delle chiamate .
la problematica è stata riscontrata un un hp3800 v8 con OSO

finalmente ho ottenuto un firmware sostitutivo e risolutivo (V78.045.02).
il ticket di riferimento è NA08536853

Ciao, è stata rilasciata qualche Release Note in merito ?

Ad esempio, per OpenStage SL4 professional V1 (AKA Gigaset SL4 professional V1), il 12/09/2011 è stata rilasciata la R1.1.0 (firmware V81.051.00), in precedenza c'era la R1.0.0 (firmware V81.049.00) ed ovviamente i Tickets indicati non contengono il tuo...

Ossia questo Firmware (guardacaso, è il firmware del Gigaset SL400H) disponibile qui (scegliendo Gigaset SL400H) ?

Gigaset SL400H - Firmware update 04/2011 (version 78.045.02)

How to update:
-----------------
1. Please start the software "Gigaset Quicksync" on your PC. You will find it on the internet at http://gigaset.com/hq/en/cms/PageQuickSync.html
2. Please carry out the update of the Gigaset Quick Sync software if it is offered.
3. Connect the handset directly to your PC via a mini USB cable (Do not connect the USB cable via a USB HUB to your PC; failures may occur).
4. Leave the batteries in the handset and switch the handset on If necessary the device driver software of your handset will be installed automatically on your PC.
5. Choose “Connect handset automatically” in the Gigaset Quicksync window.
6. When a connection is set up, the message “SL400H connected (n) (nnnnnnnnnn)” appears (If a new handset firmware is available, a prompt automatically appears).
7. The firmware will be installed on your handset in several cycles.
 
Do not disconnect your handset until you see the message “Handset firmware has been updated successfully”.

Improvements and changes:
---------------------------------
• Direct call: By pressing any key  the one number already stored is dialled.
• Babyphone function with feedback: In addition to being able to hear the baby, it is now also possible to answer the baby.
• Displaying CLIP type (redial list): An icon in front of the number/name in the CLIP display shows where a call was started: home, office, mobile.
• Battery low tone in handset changed.
• IP –feature support: Live ticker text can be enabled / disabled locally on handset

Descriptions for Firmware update:
----------------------------------------
• Pictures and ringtones stored on the handset should also be stored on the PC; these are deleted during an emergency update!
• When updating SW do not connect the handset via the USB hub; please connect handset directly to the PC.
