qualcuno di voi ha gia usato G-DMS per Service Partners?
SOCP Consultant OpenScape Voice & UC Application + SOCA Consultant OpenScape Voice & UC Application + SOCA Sales - Large Account Business (LAB)

Ma quello ho detto già mille volte...

Potevano usare un sistema come Wiki (come quella esistente) e basta...

Mah...mi pare ne abbiano uno (almeno per l'HiPath 8000 ora OpenScape Voice) di interno...ma hanno tante sorgenti differenti (tra le quali quelle che ho elencato)...non so se si capiscano...o se hanno capito come capirsi...sicuramente poi ci sono anche delle differenze continentali (Germany, Europe, UK e USA...) per cui non è infrequente che le informazioni siano anche di competenza "territoriale" differente. Anni fa (2007/2008 ?) parlavo del Corporate Blogging con quelli che hanno messo in piedi il Siemens Enterprise Wiki e nemmeno sapevano chi stesse faceno cosa in quel campo (intendo in Siemens stessa per Siemens stessa)...forse ora sono più (come dire ?) attenti e/o sensibili alla gestione e alla pubblicazione (interna/esterna) della loro Human Knowledge.

noi abbiamo ricevuto il link per raggiungere il repository Italiano, con una sola user e password per azienda.
Che dire....l'ennesimo sistema di service info oltre a Seba e a quelle che ci vengono inviate da Siemens Italia via mail per la gestione di OSV
