Changing Display text on all connected phones Hipath 3000 Exchange

I am using Hiptah Manger E software to manage our Siemens Telephone Exchange which is 6 years old. All the connected digital phones have Extension Number, Date, Time and Company name  on their phone display. How can I change the Displayed Name to a new name so that once I change in the exchange  the new text  appear on display of all the connected Digital telephones which are mostly optipoint 500 Standard or Advance.

I have spent some time reading the manual downloaded and has figured out how to do this. Being shared for benefit of others
Log in as service administrator [REMOVED], Download kds to PC, Move to Settings- Stsrem Parameters- System settings and Change the text at System Branding. Apply send the kds file from PC to system and that's it.
