Ciao,
abbiamo un OSO MX V3_R3.6.0_007 a cui ho abbinato un server Web Collaboration V6 Embedded.
Dai PC tutto funziona correttamente, sia internamente che dall'esterno, mentre provando ad accedere ad una sessione dagli smartphone (iPhone o Samsung) tramite l'app Openscape Web ricevo il messaggio "the API server could not be reached".
Nell'app ho inserito l'IP del server mentre nel settings.ini sul server ho messo:

WebclientURLBase=http://93.57.9.250/joinclient.aspx?inv=%1
