ciao, lo switch è un unmanaged stupidissimo, ho provato già a giocare su L2 e L3 ma senza esito, ho fatto diverse prove di cambi di parametri ma senza esito, ho aperto un guasto al GSI, probabilmente potrebbe anche essere la scheda guasta.

Se l'Ethernet Switch è Unmanaged è al 100% un Layer 2 (non conosco switch Layer 3 che non siano, ovviamente, Managed): quindi L3 ad Off e L2 ad On dovrebbe bastare...VLAN penso che non ne hai (o non ne hai create) se non quella di Default. Io comunque non ho ancora potuto dare una occhiata al tuo KDS...quindi vado alla cieca sperando che, il resto sia "come da manuale".

ciao, non ci crederete mai ma ho preso la centrale, i telefoni, lo switch, li ho portati dal cliente, ho riattaccato il tutto e funziona tutto regolarmente......ringrazio tutti dell'aiuto, molto probabilmente mi avete portato fortuna!! grazie

Inizio a pensare di avere (e con me qualcun altro partecipante a questo Forum) anche poteri taumaturgici...ad ogni modo, fortuna o caso, meglio che ti ricordi di chiudere il Trouble Ticket (se mai l'hai aperto)! se ci va male con l'IT proveremo con la Pranoterapia.
