Hi All,
Looking at using OSV Trace Manager on our network(finally!)
Anyway, can anyone provide specific detail on its uses and pitfalls please
(if any?) Can it be used efficiently to monitor all calls in and out at all times as a proactive tool? What other uses does it have? Sorry haven't seen it in operation as yet and just wanted to be armed with some questions (and answers hopefully?)
