« on: June 18, 2010, 02:01:38 pm »
Hi all,

First, I want to sorry for my poor english.

Could any one help.
I had Optipoint 150s and facing drop call every 30s for incoming call only.
Optipoint are registered to other PBX.
Using other IP Phone are normal for both incoming and outgoing.
Is there clue why it happend?
If I check the packet on Optipoint, the Bye message are send from optipoint it self.

Very appreciate for any help,
Thanks and regards

Hi,

could you describe the whole system in more detail ? as example: which Version and Release (Minor, Fix and Hotfix) do your devices have ?

- optiPoint 150 S: ?
- optiPoint 4x0 (if any involved into the scenario, specify if HFA or SIP variant): ?
- HiPath 2000/3xx0: ?

Does the incoming call to the optiPont 150 S drop when made from optiPoint 500, optiPoint 4x0 IP or (eventually) from Analog stations ?

Kind regards,
Kimera.
