Title: IP DECT BSP1 in vpn

Ciao,

ho un openoffice Me collegato con 4 antenne Bsip in una sede;

e' possibile in una sede remota collegata in vpn far funzionare delle altre antenne Bsip con lo stesso impianto?

non so se puo' essere utile ma  tra le bsonly e la bs iwu non ci devono essere router

Si, me l'ha confermato anche Siemens.

Mi hanno anche detto che dovrebbero sviluppare anche questa cosa nei prossimi mesi.

Credo che l'unica soluzione per adesso sia avere due openoffice Me in Vpn con un' antenna IWU ciscuno...

Ciao,

in questo senso è lapidaria la frase "Server (IWU) and BSIP have to be part of the same Ethernet segment, a Layer-3 routing via an IP router is not supported" presente nelle Release Notes; le Base Stations BSIP1, la BSIP1-IWU e l'IP-PBX devono essere nello stesso segmento Layer 2 (il routing attraverso un gateway non è supportato).

Se SIEMENS sta sviluppando la possibilità per HiPath Cordless IP di gestire l'IP Routing...beh...questa cosa si dovrebbe chiamare più o meno "Layer 3 Routing" e...da come la vedo Io...sarebbe un gran bel salto (come fare aggiornamento Firmware ad uno Switch Layer 2 e, dopo il reboot, trovarsi con uno Switch Layer 3...)!
