I am new to this software and cannot find a manual online. Can someone please tell me how to change the time? (In English please)

To setup System Time and System Date you should use the first system phone (as example: the system phone connected to the first Up0/E port of your HiPath communication system), so: *95 -> Username / Password -> Select Menu 19 -> Select Submenu 13 -> Insert 4 digits Time (HHMM), select "V" (OK) then next submenù (the 14) enter 6 digits date (DDMMYY), select "V" (OK) and you should hear the confirmation double tone from the system phone.
That's it.

I have a similar issue to BCB but I have access to the HiPath 3000 Manager software so expected to be able to set the date / time using the manager software. I have looked and I cannot see how to do it in the manager software.
I don't think we have a phone connected to the first UpO/E as I cannot get any of them to give me access to *95 function.
Do you know ow I can set the time on the system?
Any help greatly appreciated!

Of course.
Basically if your HiPath system doesn't have an Up0/E terminal connected on the first Up0/E system port as described above you could perform the same Assistant T management tasks by using a specific trick: accessing the system via the "Online" mode through the HiPath 3000 Manager E.
Connect to your system as usual then check the Online mode (pressing the Online button), once done will appear a an optiPoint fac-simile fully functional LCD consle with which you can interact as usual (like with a real phone except for the audio channel).
At this point follow the instructions given above and you will fix the date and time (you can also perform a lot of other tasks) very easily.

Hi,
Just tired this and got the message 'Blocked by Dependency' then the message 'User does not have the rights ....'
Any solution for this?

Which user credentials (account) are you using ?

Not sure how I check that but if I go to the change password function, the box that pops up says the following:
User Name 12345
User Group: Customer
In the Actual Rights Column most are greyed out except for :
Customer (common)
Customer (confidential)
Charge Admin
Does that help?

Can you post (or send a PM with) a screenshot of the Security window you see ? ...how many accounts have you access (Login/Password) ? ...have you tried the standards ones (Service, Development) ? ...is this HiPath managed by a SEN Partner or not ? ...basically you should have the access rights to change the system date and time.

Thanks for your help, I managed to trace the guy who setup the user permissions and have got the administrator password off him so its now sorted.

Glad to hear you've solved your issue; now, with the given (service) credentials, you should be able to manage your whole HiPath system (HiPath 3000 and HG1500) as you probably never did before...so Good Luck mate!

You Can Change it *95 ---> 31994 ---> 31994 then ----> 52 time

Hi Guys,
I too am completely new to HiPatch 3000 Manager E v8 R5.70. I had difficulty identifying the first up0/E, so Kimera's instructions for menu *95 didn't make sense for me. I then connected to it via the online mode, but again did not see a menu option for *95 while in that mode. Any thoughts?

Hi,
I had the same problem. I can't set the time in my HiPath 3000.
I follow this instructions, I can enter with *95, and in 19 Display Text Menu, but in this menu, I can't find the 13 and 14 points for set time and date.
Any idea?

Where is the "Online" mode button in Manager-E ?
I can't find it :-(
