Buongiorno a tutti.
ho un centralino hipath 3550 v6.0 con EVM
Ho destinato le chiamate in entranta verso un utente virtuale il quale ho programmanto un autoattendant.
E' possibile programmare un tastino sul P.O. che abbia la funzionalita' di deviare tutte le chiamate in entrata verso un altro utente virtuale, quindi escludendo l'autoattendant???
