OpenScape Office MX V3 R1.1.1 (013): anomalia GMSA, a/b assenti in myPortal

Ciao
oggi ho aggiornato il centralino openscape mx alla versione  SW:  OSO_V3_R1.1.1013.

Ho visto che gli interni analogici installati nella scheda GMSA slot 2 non vengo visualizzati da My portal.
Ho dovuto ritornare alla versione Versione SW:  OSO_V3_R1.0.0_003.

Esperienze in merito?

Hai provato a passare da OSO MX V3 R1.1.1 (013) a R1.1.1 (014) ?

Tieni presente che quest'ultima è solo una Hotfix (L.A.) del rilascio G.A. R1.1.1 (013)...ed è stata rilasciata pochi giorni fa (nella relativa R.N. non c'è però traccia del problema da te riscontrato...).

Tra le due sembra non ci sono differenze di Firmware (dei moduli) / BIOS anche se ci sono invece (lato software) per gli applicativi myPortal, myPortal for Outlook, myAttendant e myAgent.

A riferimento , rispetto a R1.1.1 (013):

- NA08243115 (H95602, H96219): Several payload problems fixed after call transfers.
- NA08323352 (H96364): Key programming page couldn’t be loaded in Internet Explorer.
- H97032: Hotkey conflict with Excel solved.
- H97314: Contact Center queue call handling improvements.

Domanda forse stupida,
hai provato a disabilitare la visualizzazione e poi riabilitarla nella configurazione "OpenScape office/Server" ?

Altro che domanda stupida Micche...questo è il grandioso metodo dell'Ingegnere: prova ad uscire e poi rientrare...e funziona quasi sempre!
