If you work for Siemens partner company you can download it from SEBA directly.
I suppose you are searching for this:
OpenScape Voice V3.1 R3, Configuration Manual: Volume 1, Configuring Common Functions (CMP), Administrator Documentation, Issue 2 ?

Yes I am, we are looking to going for this version in June/July 2009.
Haven't got access to SEBA as yet, as not quite a partner, but mainly a big Customer of Siemens in the UK

Hi Jonathan,

i have seen for which company your working.... manual is on the way thru mail....

We have installed one Simplex currently in our lab (V3.1 R3 + UC App) and I must say its working wery well.
Anyway our first deployment at customer site woulde be in mid of April.

Its nice to see forum members from other countries....

OSV Trace Manager

Hi All,
Looking at using OSV Trace Manager on our network(finally!)
Anyway, can anyone provide specific detail on its uses and pitfalls please
(if any?) Can it be used efficiently to monitor all calls in and out at all times as a proactive tool? What other uses does it have? Sorry haven't seen it in operation as yet and just wanted to be armed with some questions (and answers hopefully?)
