The HiPath Hospitality Service Center V2R5 (HHSC) is an enhanced version of an intelligent modular CRM solution. The application provides the basic interface to a third party Front Office System but can be build optional to an optimum workflow support for the hotel industry. The HiPath Hospitality Service Center is specially developed to meet the stringent service-oriented requirements of the hospitality industry.

If you can download the manual from SEBA there is written the default username / password.

Dear fastbyte,
there is nothing info for dfault username and password. Local Siemens Guys told us that must be "admin" and "admin" but didn't work.

I just had a look at manuals and the default is admin/admin...
Could you post your login screen?

only CAP pasword was changed while dowlading, HHSC was not changed.
also CAP's username and password was tried but does not work.
