Ciao,
per quello che noto non è malvagia,
rimane il problema legato al fatto che se l' IVR inoltra la chiamata ad un utente occupato non viene
considerat0 l' inoltro successivo nella sua lista.
Ho ovviato in altro modo, tramite il CCV e il trasferimento consultazione.
