Ho un problema che non riesco a capire. Sto attivando un telefono IP Optiset 410 su un Hipath 3550 in V7 gestito da Hipath RSM5000 sul quale lavora un Procenter Agile. Il telefono non si logga, mi dice " Gateway not found ".
Dal telefono pingo HG, centralino, default gateway.... ma non si logga. Qualcuno ha esperienza di RSM 5000?

se il telefono e registrato su 3550, rsm5000 non deve centrare nulla...

"Gateway not found" lo dice se non raggiunge il signaling del suo indirizzo di registrazione (hg1500) settato sul telefono.

rsm5000  serve esclusivamente a gestire la parte agile dell'impianto ma tutti gli apparati anche quelli Ip devono essere configurati sull' hipath 3000. Poi tutta la programmazione del sistema va effettuata non con il trametti ma con il trasmetti server hipath 5000 RSM. Quindi come ha scritto Alessandro devi configurare come gateway del telefono l'indirizzo dell'hg1500 e nell'hipath 3550 devi configurare l'utente hfa e avere la licenza comscendo.

E' esattamente quello che ho fatto, e che normalmente si fà per un telefono IP. Domattina torno dal cliente e riprovo, magari riformatto l'HG.

Dovrebbe bastare un riavvio dell'HG1500...

Non è bastato un riavvio. Un reset factory e riprogrammazione dei 4 dati necessari su HG.
